As a 34 year old it takes a bit longer to build muscle like in the glory days of 20's. So i purchased this program for that reason and wanted to get back to lifting. There aren't many programs out there that has body building exercises mixed Olympic Weightlifting. I love this program, not only did i build some extra muscle and were sore for a few days, i increased my numbers to the same that i had before i stopped lifting 2 years ago. It is a great starting program, especially after some time off from lifting. Looking forward into purchasing the next program.
