The book provides more graphics and analytical content meant to be consumed at a slower pace, while the course is a way to dive into all of the theory audibly with detailed explanations of how our system works by Dane Miller. Both the book and the course provide unique content.

Parabolic Periodization

This was a good read. Very insightful and a laid out training plans very well. It was more oriented towards programming for Olympic lifters, so if you're not an Olympic weightlifting athlete, you will need to make some adjustments to fit your sport.
