The Parabolic Periodization course will provide value to you and your athletes

In my search to fully understand periodization techniques that would benefit my athletes I was sometimes left feeling like there was a piece of the puzzle that was missing. We all have different strengths and weaknesses and we can address those specific weaknesses in our training however where Parabolic Periodization will add value to you and your athletes is it can help streamline your understanding of each athlete holistically and how to properly challenge/manage their needs based on personality type. Your athletes entrust their training to you and through this course you will develop a better understanding of them as an individual, how to communicate with them more effectively and how to set up programming to help them reach their ultimate potential. Through this course Dane showcased the missing 'puzzle piece' and I've already began implementing this system with my teams/athletes. No matter what style of training you are coaching there is no downside to having a greater understanding of your athletes and how to help them succeed.

Parabolic Periodization: A practical guide to developing champions

Parabolic periodization is a comprehensive guide for coaches and athletes who are seeking more clarity to the development of an athlete from beginner/intermediate to an advanced level. The course demystifies a lot of information and literature that might not always be applicable to developing a clean athlete to progress at different stages in the sport. The largest takeaway that I've implemented in my coaching practice is the categorizing of different athlete types divided by certain psychological characteristics and physical responses to training stimuli.
