Garage Strength programs

I have used four different garage strength programs. I am a strength and conditioning coach at a high school, I own a gym and train student athletes in multiple sports. I am confident in my ability and knowledge however we can always learn from other coaches. I bought the first program to compare my programming and see if I was missing anything. I was reassured by what I saw that I was on point however I also learned some new concepts and applications. This has happened with all three of the following programs, Vertical Jump Manifesto, Sprinter Strength, and Olympic Lifting and Sports performance. My only regret is I cant work with Dane in person and learn more. Great programs, wealth of knowledge and practical. No fluff or gimmicks real training for real results in our youth athletes.
