Great book for coaches of all sports!

This book was such a great find. As someone who coaches and trains athletes who compete in multiple sports, this book was a great tool. Dane does a great job of covering different sports and how to use the Olympic lifts and periodization to get the most out of your athletes. 10/10 recommend to any coach who’s new to Olympic lifting. This book is a great starting point!

Great tool for coaches

This book was an awesome tool to help in implementing the necessary exercises in my off season program. Not only does this guide coaches in choosing beneficial exercises for athletes, but it also laid out a template of when and where to utilize these movements in your workouts. Love this book and can not wait for the next one!

Olympic Lifting for Sports Performance

Dane has put together an outstanding manual of how to apply the Olympic lifts and their variations to maximize sports performance. Weightlifters are the most powerful athletes in the world so why not use at least some variation of the training methodologies that they use? Not only the power that the Olympic lifts give, but the strength, flexibility and body awareness that ALL sports could use. This book gives clear and concise information on utilizing the Olympic lifts and is perfect for the strength coach or athlete who wants to reach their full potential.

Great Resource

An excellent guideline for someone new to developing strength training programs for athletes or for the coach who has been involved with strength training programs for years. Any individual who works in the strength and conditioning of athletes will find this a useful tool.
