DANE MILLER

Dane Miller is the founder of Garage Strength and an international-level strength coach. He has taken multiple athletes to the Olympic stage, developed NFL players from sixth grade through the pros, and produced over 800 All-State athletes, 200 All-Americans, and 40 World Team members. His work centers on long-term development, strong culture, and measurable performance.

Will Ratelle

Will is a former NFL linebacker and current Kinesiology Instructor at the University of North Dakota. After eight years as a strength and conditioning coach at UND, he transitioned into academia, where he now teaches while continuing to produce strength and sports performance content on Instagram and YouTube.

kristof kipp

Kristof Kipp is a professor at Marquette University where he teaches undergraduate and graduate classes related to sports biomechanics and strength & conditioning. His research focuses on the biomechanics of throwing events and weightlifting. He has authored or co-authored over 200 research articles and abstracts and has presented at numerous national and international meetings.

ken clark

Dr. Ken Clark is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at West Chester University specializing in biomechanics and motor learning. He has published in leading performance journals and brings over a decade of strength & conditioning coaching experience across private, high school, and collegiate settings.
