Are You Strength Training The Wrong Way?
Don't waste your money on gym memberships that won't get results. Training at the high school for free? You aren't going to be reaching the level of success that we know you can achieve. We are here to help pave the way toward high achievement goals. State championships, All-State accolades, college scholarships. Please don't come here for:
Over-priced Training. Most clients spend an average of $5 per training session.
Circuit Workouts. We tailor training programs to each individual. So each workout is different for every person.
Machines and Treadmills. We use a variety of movements and equipment to achieve optimal results. Training includes supervised use of dumbbells, barbells, bands and sport-specific accessory exercises
Championship Mindset
We get it. Not everyone is going to bring home the gold medal. But we are confident that your child will see a new level of possible at Garage Strength. A championship mindset is about putting in the work. It's about having a vision, and we will guide athletes every step of the way. We expand what is possible for each athlete and teach them to believe it.
Custom Workouts. Every individual is different, and so is every program we develop. We keep the exercises varied to develop the best possible combination of movements for your stage and development. You make progress, and we adjustments to continue momentum.
Sport Specific. We tailor training programs for the goals in each athlete's sport or training regimen.
Focused Training. It's difficult to hold yourself accountable to train at the highest levels of competition. We keep workouts exciting and competitive. You just have to show up. The magic is in doing this consistently.
