Will the course expire?

No, you will have continual access to the course. You may take your time to complete it and are also able to refer back to completed lessons after finishing the course.

How long is the course?

The course is over 5 hours long, packed with educational content for coaches and athletes looking to learn more about strength training for specific sports.

Is the course different than the book?

The course includes lectures, example program writing, and Q&A from our Coaches Summit, where we lay out our entire training system. The book takes all the information and compiles it concisely on paper, including charts and tables, to easily build programs for any sport.

Fantastic book to get you started

I've got quite a lot of experience when it comes to programming for bodybuilding, but very little when it comes to sports. This manual has been great in teaching me how to program strength for sports and why programming in this way can help athletes. I really appreciate how everything is very well laid out and written in an easy to understand way. Most important, I came away from the book feeling confident with how to program.
