Week at the Olympic Training Center

This past week, Caitlin and Hayley Reichardt spent their time at the Olympic Training Center.  This was in preparation for the first youth international meet held at the OTC.  Hayley was the team captain for the women’s team as she had previous experience on the international level (Pan Am’s last year).  Caitlin had a blast coaching new athletes and being around the senior athletes and Zygmunt, the head coach of USA weightlifting. 

Hayley, lifted quite well in the meet, hitting 56k (called for a press out on 59k) and breaking the American record in the clean and jerk at 73k.  Here is an awesome video of her training over the past few months.
