The Inaugural Power Festival took place on August 18-19th, 2017. The shot put event took place under the lights and included two flights of 15-20 athletes. Top male and female athlete each took home $5oo from event sponsors. The weightlifting event included 4 total sessions, with two elite sessions in the evening. All sessions were exciting and fiercely competitive. Top prize money in the weightlifting sessions was awarded by Sinclair score.
