We’re well through the first quarter of the year. As a team, we’re getting more accustomed to each other and starting to really gel. We now have to build on this and push the envelope to stay strong and set our selves up for success in the playoffs. It’s 2nd down and 5 on the 30, a very solid spot on the field to get the first down and push towards mid field!

Program Difficulty

This program is designed for athletes who have previous experience lifting. You will be challenged not only to push yourself through hard sets but to approach every lift with a technical mindset.

How do I receive the program?

Immediately after purchase, you will be directed to an order summary screen that will have the button, "Access My Digital Content". Click on the link and you can download your new program and start getting SWOLE today!

As apart of the subscription, you will be sent a new program every month on the date of your initial purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription, access your account page and go to "Manage Subscriptions". From there you will be able to see you active subscriptions and cancel. After canceling, you will no longer by charged. If you have any trouble, email us at for assistance.

Will I be mailed the program?

No, the program is only available in digital form. The program is sent to you as a PDF which includes the details of your training and links to videos of the exercises included. 

When should I start the program?

You may start the program as soon as you receive it! Start on Day 1 and complete all of the days in the workout in one week. Then start over on Day 1 again on the same day of the week that you started the program. 

What if I don't know what an exercise is?

We have video links embedded in the program for every exercise! If you still are sure if you are performing an exercises correctly, shoot us an email at!

I don't have the necessary equipment to perform a lift, what should I do?

Not to worry, shoot us an email at and we will give you an alternate exercise to perform!

How heavy should I go on my lifts?

Some exercises have percentages included that should be performed according to your 1 rep max in that lift. If there is no percentage, that means we want you to use and develop your autoregulation ability to determine to how heavy to go. Autoregulation is learning how hard your body is able to push itself and how to increase weights in a proper progression to ensure you are thoroughly warmed up and able to go as heavy as you are able without failing on any sets (unless specified).

What should I do when I finish the program?

If you are signed up for the subscription, when you will be sent a new program every month. So when you finish one program you can move right onto the next. If you are looking for something different, check out these programs below, or sign up for a custom program!

I am a big fan of the program and the results.

Our football team is a month in on this program and so far we are very pleased. Over the summer I had all the men from middle school to varsity on the Rebellion program. The results have been amazing! I am a football coach 1st and a strength and conditioning coach second, the on field results are the results that matter. My men are explosive, powerful and quick after the commitment and efforts they put in from the Rebellion program. They put in the work. But the program gave them the map to follow. I have been amazed and excited to see them on the field, exploding out of the hole, high pointing the ball, driving the blocks, hard cuts, hits so hard the TB can hold the ball! With out a doubt We believe in the programs from Garage Strength.

1 Month in and already seeing improved athletes

Getting the program for a high school football program that doesn't have a lifting period in school. Athletes are squatting deeper and seeing improved maxes already. More important, I see more explosion and generated force in their movements. Dane Miller has a great selection of YouTube learning videos and as a head coach, I have already learned so much in just a month.
