Coach DJ Shuttleworth

After purchasing your first program, you will be instructed to fill out a comprehensive questionnaire for us to learn about your specific goals.


Our assistant head coach, DJ Shuttleworth, will then design your program based around your goals, areas of improvements, and periodization model. He will also communicate with you regularly within our private Facebook group to address and questions, coach your technique, and provide feedback on your training.
