This is an informative course on an overall view on how to apply Olys to programming for a variety of sports and why. Wish there were videos on program design. This is an area I can always use more information on. Also, some technique work (progressions/regressions) would be good.

This is a great book! It's detailed and unique! I like how the book has all the Olympic lifts into each sport and gives feedback why each lift has more carry over to the sport. I would definitely encourage strength coaches that are avoiding to teach Olympic lifting for their athletes to purchase this book. I believe it would them be less intimidating and overwhelming for them so they can create better athletes. I played football, I wrestled, played baseball, and powerlifting. I have been through training programs with and without Olympic lifting. The programs I have been through with Olympic lifting has far more superior results! From my experience and with all the teammates I trained with all the sports I have played. Knowledge is power! Thank you everyone from Garage Strength!
A Valuable Read
As a young man I wrestled from the age of 5 to still practicing with my local high school wrestlers. As their strength coach I have been able to implement Olympic Lifts with them, but having this resource has put our training into a more focused approach. I really appreciate this book for what it is doing for our program. Great work Coach Miller.
Olympic weightlifting for sports performance
My son has just started using the “football” program in the book. We like the fact the book gives you a detail program and explains how to do the exercises and the reason behind them.
