This program is continued off last months program. Last month the focus was the first pull (from the ground to below the knee). This month is focused on the second pull (from below the knee to above the knee). This should be continued progress to your olympic weightlifting goals!

about olympic lift series program

the program is very good,the different training process every month gives in athlete the opurtunity to work in seperate weakness.the intensity and volume is in good balance so to prevent the overtraining during the program
