I came up with the idea of Garage Strength a few years ago while planning my future. Training athletes was always a dream I had but I always put my own training before the training of other athletes. Recently, I was planning on traveling back to Kamloops, British Columbia with Anatoli Bondarchuk when I realized I was in a rather poor financial situation. That is when I decided to stay at home and continue training while attempting to create a new business.
The basis of Garage Strength is to train athletes in a solid system of training while guiding athletes to use an environmentally sound nutrition program. That is where the Garage Strength motto is rooted: Cultivate your power. Meaning, it is my goal to assist athletes in developing power through solid training while utilizing healthy eating habits.
