Living Swole Life
Great mix of exercises and varieties of set/rep progression programs in The Book of Swole that keeps the muscles guessing and growing. Used some of the Bize and Trize exercises and programs to add a little arm work on scheduled rest days and will utilize the Bize and Trize program during a later deload.
