GS gives me much inspiration and knowledge through their free content but the programs are next level. It is a no nonsense program with great structure. From the many programs I bought online as a coach, this program is one of the best.
I'm a competitive powerlifter who hit some roadblocks due to unforseen injuries as well as well as the whole Covid issue, which derailed my training a couple years ago and I never quite recovered. While recovering from recent injuries I decided to invest in the Powerlifting program and give it a shot. I started watching the Garage Strength videos prior to this and I found some of the tips interesting due to the different exercises and mobility work. After 5 weeks of training I can say that the program is definittely legit and made training actually fun again. The supplemental exercises as well as the warmups are certainly unorthodox but if you dig deep into the "why" behind it, it makes total sense. I can train now almost injury free and look forward to seeing my results after I finish the 3 training blocks.
