I’m not sure if I was supposed to receive a second file or not, but the program has zero cardio/conditioning. Am I missing something?
Did this for regular functional fitness while in active duty. Felt great!
Just a regular strength program with very little CrossFit wod type programming and little gymnastics programming snd not enough met cons. Poor Would definitely NOT recommend!
