These are thoughts spewed from Dane while Earl was interrogating and interviewing Dane during various training sessions.
Great book, I bought this to help my son achieve his dream of becoming a professional rugby player, he is not quite there but training hard, I have bought the jump manifesto previously to help him with speed in the position he plays (wing) that has helped massively. He has got into his college of choice and plays regularly on the first team. Thanks for the great content on YouTube, instagram and the pod casts they help massively. So fingers crossed he can achieve his dreams with a lot of hard work.
I bought the sports performance bible and it is one of the most complete resources for sports performance you can have in 100 pages. I will be buying more books and courses to help program my football players into freaks.
It's one thing to get the CSCS cert it's another to actually feel comfortable programing for athletes, this is a useful book and helped me being that I am a newer coach. Should be on every CSCS reading list.
