Workouts made fun!

The workout designed by Dane is motivating because it is different workout. Dane uses a conjugate approach in his methodology to train people. It gives you every component to build strength power and conditioning in each workout. I have an aging body and have to adjust the workout to aging joints and recovery but the structure of his program makes it easy to do.

Training after 60

I have been an athlete for 45 years. I have always been training; I even became a strength coach and Olympic weightlifting coach. But after I turned 60 I realized the training I used to do, did not work for me anymore. I fumbled around with different programs and was having trouble finding something that worked. Why Not???

I’m going to be 1 year older with a new set of challenges - The CORONA VIRUS!! Although I miss the camaraderie of the real life gym, I could get used to this easy to navigate in-home program. It’s custom fit for ME with cumulatively difficult sets - 2 days of leg workouts for the glutes, quads, hammies and calf muscles.
