How do I receive the meal plan?

Immediately after purchase, you will be directed to an order summary screen that will have the button, "Access My Digital Content". Click on the link and you can download the nutrition plan instructions. Open the PDF and click the link to fill out the questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is complete, give us three days to write your nutrition plan and we will sent it to your via email!

When should I start the plan?

You may start the meal plan as soon as you receive it! Feel free to repeat days on the meal plan if you like the meals provided.

How long does the plan last?

If you are maintaining weight on this plan, it can last as long as you would like. If you are cutting weight or gaining weight on the plan, after 4-6 weeks, due to your change in bodyweight, your calorie needs will also change. If you get to that point and you would like to continue losing or gaining weight, we suggest purchasing another plan with new calorie amounts.

What if I don't like to eat certain foods ?

The meal plan comes with 6 options for every meal that you can pick and choose from to find the meals that you enjoy eating. The plan also comes with ingredient and food substitutions that you can interchange for foods you don't like to eat or can't eat.

I only want simple meals that I can recreate everyday without a lot of cooking, is that possible?

All meals are laid out by their primary ingredients (for example a meat, a carb, and a vegetable). The plan will tell you how much to eat of each. We provide our suggested simple preparation of the meal, but also provide links to recipes for those you want to go all out cooking!

I've done other nutrition plans that only give broad recommendations on what to eat. Does this plan tell me exactly what to eat?

Yes. Our nutrition plan will tell you exactly what to eat based off of your individual needs as an athlete. Each meal describes how much of what exact type of food to eat. If you want to personalize it more, we provide many meal options and substitutions so that you can find what you like to eat and what works for you.

What if I have a food allergy or another dietary restriction?

Although we will structure your meal plan to your specific calorie and macronutrient needs, we cannot alter the plan to accommodate food allergies or other dietary restrictions. However, since we provide many meal options and substitutions, the plan allows for you to make adjustments on your own. We strongly suggest if you have serious food allergies or dietary restrictions to consult your doctor before starting this meal plan or changing your diet.
