The Garage Strength Women’s program is designed to help you build lean muscle mass, and stay fit and healthy without losing your entire day. The program was made by part owner and trainer at Garage Strength, Caitlin Browne. She was a Division 1 All-Region field hockey player at Rutgers University. She has also had 2 kids with twins on the way, and still manages to workout everyday! This program is perfect for any women including high school age, college age, moms, athletes and women who just want to stay or get into shape. This is a 3 day per week program. Every month a new program will be available for purchase.
