Daily Length to Execute: 45 to 60 minutes
Equipment Needed: Bench press, squat bar, squat rack, preacher curl, dummbbells, lat pulldown, pull up bar, utility bench
Goals: The goals are simple, get into the gym, have fun and get out. That makes it important to follow the rep schemes. Once you adapt to the short rest periods and you start to learn how to chase the pump, training becomes very enjoyable. Stay the course, have a decent warm up and make sure to follow the program!
