Speed camp sessions are perfect for in-season athletes looking to maintain strength and speed throughout the season. These sessions are also great preparation for off-season basketball or wrestling training and swimmers looking for fall dry-land conditioning. Training incorporates overall speed and explosiveness training as well as general strength movements.
Sign up for eight weeks, or drop-in sessions for $15 per session. Fall session starts September 6th. Sessions run every Wednesday at 6pm and Friday at 5pm.
Winter Session starts November 15th.
