I do think most of the content that Garage Strength puts out is good, which is why I am a little disappointed with this course. It does give a good overview of trying to teach the OL to athletes, esp. beginners. however, it is more of an overview and does not really get into the details which I expected, esp. for the price of $99. I think the course would have been overall better if Dane went more into detail, esp. with regarding the bar path, shifting the feet to get in the catch position, exercises with description on how to correct certain limitations in athletes (ankle mobility, shoulder mobility etc.) as well as more slow motion video of athletes completing the motions/lifts with correct form etc.
The main disappointing part of this course is that the videos they put out on youtube for free can provide you with the same overview with actually a little more detail regarding the OL, mobility and strengthening exercises and can help with the OL's. I'm sorry I could not put a better review because I do like most of the content by this site.
Hey Chris. We are sorry for your disappointment. We always strive to put out the best. Because of this, we will take note of these and make corrections.
