The Olympic Weightlifting program is the program our sports performance athletes follow. The program is made by Garage Strength coach Jacob Horst. He is currently a 67k weightlifter with his best total being 280k. In training he has snatched 290lbs and clean and jerked 355lbs. This program is perfect for anyone starting out in weightlifting or just trying to improve technique and build muscle mass. This program is a 5 day per week program. Every month a new program will be available for purchase.
