Kid Fit classes will run on Monday evenings. Fall session begins October 2nd and runs through November 13th.
Sessions include a warm-up activity followed by general strength and speed movements. Kids will learn skills designed to increase mental and physical awareness. They will be encouraged practice healthy habits and have fun!
Ages 5-9 begins at 4pm / Ages 8-12 begins at 5:15pm.
