The Garage Fit program is designed to help build proper strength, while giving you a solid WOD at the end of each workout. This program uses olympic weightlifting and bodybuilding to build muscle and power while keeping your conditioning in peak form. You feel the pump and burn a ton of calories all in one workout! This is a 4 day per week program for anyone that wants to improve technique, strength, and cardio. Every month a new program will be available for purchase.
