This program is for any football player ready to get big and fast at the same time. The Football program uses bodybuilding to put on solid muscle mass, while using olympic weightlifting and plyometrics to increase speed and agility on the field. September, October, and November is a 1 day per week program to keep you healthy and maintain power and speed throughout the season. Every month a new program will be available for purchase.
