Garage Strength is excited to team up with Evan Yenolevich to offer a combined wrestling and strength program to benefit local athletes. Sessions start Sunday, 9/3, and run Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday each week. More info here.
Get Fit Boot Camp
Make your fitness a priority this fall! Get Fit classes incorporate strength and power movements in a cardio style format. Get stronger, leaner, and more toned! Hit those troublesome areas without adding bulk. More information can be found here.
Classes last approximately 1 hour. Kids/Strollers are welcome.
Kid Fit - Session 1
Each week kids will participate in a warm-up activity followed by general strength and speed movements. Kids will learn skills designed to increase mental and physical awareness. They will learning elements of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and having fun!
Classes will run on Monday evenings. Fall session begins October 2nd and runs through November 13th. Ages 5-9 begins at 4pm / Ages 8-12 begins at 5:15pm. More Info Here!
8-Week Intensive Throws Training
Top notch training from beginner to advanced. Sessions will be 2x per week and lasting for two hours. Located at Garage Strength Sports Performance. You can see our location here. If you have to travel, we promise that this training is worth the trip! No membership is required for throws training participants.
Prepare for the indoor season with our 8-week "Throws University" Sessions will be held Monday and Wednesday from 4:30-6:30pm. Details here!
Fall Speed Training
Great preparation for basketball, wrestling. Great for swimmers looking for fall dry-land conditioning. Training incorporates overall speed and explosiveness training as well as general strength movements. More info here.
Olympic Lifting Basics
