    Youth - Ages 9 and up

    We offer weight lifting specific training beginning at age 11. If your child is interested in learning the basic movement of the snatch and clean and jerk.

    We also offer general strength programs for this age group, or sport specific. Train for baseball, wrestling, or football. We will tailor or program to your child for a safe and effective strength gains that translate specifically to the sport or sports in which your child competes.

     

    Adults - Non sport specific

    Any time we are open is a good time for you to train. You can train at any time that works for your schedule, and we won't except your excuses when you skip a training session. We will have a program ready for you, when you arrive at the gym, and it will crush you.
