Results: Jordan hit a PR total of 293k in the 67k weight class to make the Senior Pan American Team! Jordan snatched 130k and clean and jerk 163k at the meet. He worked very hard and hit all the weights and positions he needed to. Follow this program for a solid peak and smash heavy weights!
