Supplier: Bob Hershey is a grass farmer whom raises Red Devons on grass from day 1. The Red Devon is a very hardy cow that does well on rough grasses. They are excellent foragers that love to exercise and utilize grass. Article on grass fed beef benefits

Chickens, Turkey, Eggs
Supplier: Longacre Farm via North Mountain Pastures Co-op.
Brooks Miller, Anna Santini and Matt Smith are grass farmers that raise pasture raised chickens, turkeys and laying hens. Their poultry follows livestock on a specifically planned paddock rotation to ensure the utmost natural nutrition for their birds. Raw Milk
Supplier: Dr. P. Mark Lopez, certified raw milk farmer. Dr. Lopez received his doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in Animal Sciences. Mark farms a closed Ayrshire herd, only raised on grasses. His operation is pristine and extraordinarily efficient. Video interview with Mark Lopez
